The One Love Festival will see thousands of music-lovers converge on Hainault Forest Country Park.
The reggae and dub celebration, which is in its third year, will include a Caribbean carnival procession, campsite, Fairtrade village and food from around the world.
Organisers expect 3,500 to 5,000 people at the country park each day during the August 6-8 gig.
The music areas will feature some of the most influential reggae and dub musicians, bands and DJs.
Acts confirmed so far include Luciano, Mikey General, David Rodigan, Dub Rockers, Papa Levi, Trojan Sound System and Muscle Head.
The One Love Festival was first held in 2008 to mark the 30th anniversary of Bob Marley's famous One Love concert.
With a growing following, organisers have decided to move from Kent to Hainault for the 2010 gig.
Festival organiser Dan Wiltshire said: "We can't wait to hold the festival in its new setting.
"It's going to be a really special event - we've had some really positive feedback and there has been a huge buzz about 2010."
Organisers are pledging to stay true to the festival's environmental roots.
The campsite will boast 100 per cent compost toilets and solar showers, and they have set themselves an 80 per cent recycling target.
A silent disco - where partiers rely on wireless headphones - will also be held to keep the festival-goers entertained into the early hours.
Tickets are £90 for a full adult weekend pass, £50 for children under 14 and £200 for a family of four.

Redbridge Council has said plans are yet to be fully finalised and the public will be consulted ahead of the gig.
