Damian Marley's new band & Mick Jagger's brainchild 'SuperHeavy' to drop album this fall

The album from SuperHeavy, a group which features Mick Jagger, reggae artist Damian Marley, Eurythmics founder Dave Stewart, singer Joss Stone and composer A.R. Rahman will be released on Universal Music as early as this fall. However, no exact release date has been set yet.

An official release said the album will be unveiled in September 2011;  with the first single to be titled "Miracle Worker". The five all stars will be recording a video for the track.

The idea of 'SuperHeavy' was born when Jagger and Stewart wondered what a band of musicians from different genres would sound like.  Both wanted to bring in a Jamaican musician and Damian Marley entered the picture with his rhythm section.

The band has recorded in various studios around the world; France, Cyprus, India with the majority of the tracks laid down over three weeks in Los Angeles, USA earlier this year.
