Jah Cure Heads to Zimbabwe on the country's 'Celebrity Host Programme'

The Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) and London-based Zimbabwean entertainment company Sparks Entertainment is currently working together to host a Jah Cure concert in Zimbabwe.

According to Sparks Entertainment directors, Mr Itayi Garande and Mr Spencer Mutemasango; 'The deal has already been signed by Jah Cure’s management and all logistics are being concluded with ZTA management'.

Zimbabweans will have the privilege of seeing Jah Cure live, thanks to the country's Celebrity Host Programme. The programme is a tourism promotion initiative launched by ZTA and is geared at hosting big name celebrities in the country, with the hope that 'They get to know more about the country and hopefully preach the good word about the country when they go back to their countries'.

The programme had host numerous reggae and pop icons including Sizzla, Akon, Sean Kingston, Luciano and Beenie Man.

If all goes well with the deal, Jah Cure will perform at ZTA’s Tourism Night which runs during the Sanganai/Hlanganani Travel Expo.
