Jimmy Cliff Bringing his Reggae Classics to Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, UK

Jamaica's first international reggae legend, pioneer and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jimmy Cliff has announced he will be performing at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall in the United Kingdom on Thursday, September 1st.

Fans can come out expecting to hear Cliff perform live; songs from his indelible catalog. Songs such as his Grammy Hall of Fame inducted "Many Rivers to Cross" and "The Harder They Come".

Cliff said: “I’m thrilled to come to Liverpool for my show at Liverpool Philharmonic. My role in music is one of a shepherd and in particular reggae music. When it was time for reggae to be exposed to the American public big-time I opened the gate; the same thing with Africa and the UK. Now I’m making another pioneering move by bringing it to Liverpool.”

Tickets to see Jimmy Cliff at the Philharmonic Hall go on general sale from 10am Thursday, March 10th, however members of the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall's Priority Booking Scheme can purchase their tickets today.

Tickets are priced at £28.50 and £33.50.
