Live Concert to Celebrate Reggae's Influence on The UK's Music and Culture

An all star cast will celebrate the influence of Reggae on the UK’s music and culture in a live concert coinciding with BBC Four’s Reggae Britannia documentary season.

Patrons will enjoy hits from the 1960s to the present day, as the musicians explore Reggae's musical evolution from Ska, through to Rocksteady, Roots, Dub, Lovers Rock and beyond.

The event will be hosted by the Barbican, London and directed by Dennis Bovell and will include performances from Big Youth, Ken Booth, Ali Campbell from UB40, Pauline Black from The Selecter and more of the most important Reggae musicians in the British scene.
