After missing the Perth staging of the Raggamuffin festival, Sean Paul did offer his apology to his Australian fans via his twitter account. However, neither Sean Paul nor the organizers implied nothing as to the reason why Sean Paul will not be a part of the Raggamuffin festival.

Mr McManus said even though Paul wouldn't be a part of Raggamuffin 2011, the line-up would still be impressive. Fans can still expect to see Jimmy Cliff, Mary J. Blige, Maxi Priest, The Original Wailers and Ky-Mani Marley

"We know that Raggamuffin fans will not be disappointed in the event. It remains a huge line-up."

The 10-hour music festival is expected to attract a crowd of 30,000 people and promoters are expecting it to be the best Raggamuffin to date.
